It should come as no surprise that more and more recruiters are using LinkedIn to search for potential candidates. Firstly it's free rather than having to pay to post on a job board. Recruiters can also search for candidates who are using LinkedIn to find a job, using keyword searches that relate to the skills they need.

You’d have to be a Diglet - under a rock, that is - to have completely missed what the whole world is currently consumed by. A franchise that started as a game on Nintendo’s Game Boy and as a TV series in the mid-1990s, the latest entry in the Pokémon franchise has caught on even more aggressively than the cards did in primary school. Pokémon Go, a game app released last week on mobile platforms, has shot to the top of the app charts, is flooding Facebook, and become everyone’s new obsession. You don’t have to go far to hear the familiar theme music piping out of someone’s phone on the street or see groups of people of all ages out at night walking around trying to nab themselves some Pokémon.

Choosing to leave high school in year 10, Bobi knew what he wanted to do would mean learning practical skills elsewhere. Enrolled in a Diploma of Project Management (BSB51415), Bobi's hoping to be equipped to open his own construction business.

Dusko has undertaken a Diploma of Project Management (BSB51415) to compliment his university degree. Because of online education's flexibility, he's able to work, study at uni, and study with MCI Institute at the same time.

We sat down with Kenny a while back to talk to him about his experience as an MCI student. We didn't expect to capture an inspirational story of self-improvement that had education at its centre.

Creative people are annoying. We envy them, their carefree attitude, their capacity to just make stuff up. And not bad stuff but good stuff. Stuff we watch. Stuff we read.

Creative people hold this position that most of us acknowledge we won't hold. We've decided these people have some ability tantamount to a superpower.

But if we really think about it, we know this isn't at all how it works. Creativity is a lot of things, but a superpower surely isn't one of them. So, what is creative behaviour?
